Invest just one of your lunchtimes this May and gain a better understanding, and empathy, for the unique circumstances facing gender-diverse youth. This program, free to WSBA members, will enrich legal professionals who work with kids with fresh insight on the latest research-supported standards.

A select faculty will demystify perceived complexities and share solid best practices for the optimal well-being of trans youth. This session will hone your ability to work with kids in gender-affirming ways, while addressing barriers that add greater complexity, including faith, cultural, and political differences.

Faculty:
Denise Diskin – QLaw Foundation, Seattle
Aidan Key – Gender Diversity Education and Support Services, Seattle
