About QLaw Legal Clinics

The QLaw Foundation of Washington offers assistance statewide for Civil Legal issues through our two different virtual Legal Clinics that are hosted several times a month. Our Legal Clinics provide free consultations with one of our amazing volunteer attorneys. These attorneys can help clients to understand their legal issues, suggest possible next steps, review and assist with completing legal forms, and provide appropriate referrals. These attorneys are NOT able to represent you directly.

Many of our volunteer attorneys are part of Washington’s 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. They are also specially trained to discuss legal issues commonly faced by members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, agender, intersex, pansexual, gender nonconforming, gender fluid, two spirit, and other identities represented within our 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
We will not check your gender before you use this legal clinic. However, we ask that users of this clinic self-identify as transgender, non-binary, gender diverse, Two Spirit, or gender-fluid in some way. This helps ensure that members of those communities have access to this clinic. If you need legal assistance but are cisgender, please use our 2SLGBTQIA+ Legal Clinic.
