The LGBTQ+ Legal Clinic provides free legal services specifically designed to address the needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and couples. Volunteer opportunities are available as clinic attorneys or support staff, community education and publicity, developing new clinic materials, and leadership opportunities are available for those with additional time. The LGBTQ+ Legal Clinic is organized by the QLaw Foundation and is one of the King County Bar Association’s Neighborhood Legal Clinics.
QLaw / LGBTQ+ Legal Clinic
1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, 7:00–8:30 PM
The LGBTQ+ Legal Clinic is currently being held by phone, and volunteers are welcome to join from anywhere in the state.
Volunteer Commitment
Volunteers are asked to volunteer once every 6-8 weeks for at least one year.

Typically volunteers must attend a training or watch a series of short videos and shadow at least one clinic shift. This process is currently under revision. We appreciate your patience.
