We’ll break down the developments from the first few weeks of the Trump administration, as they impact your or your child’s federal document gender markers, including impacts on passports, Enhanced Drivers Licenses, the REAL ID Act, and what we expect to change for transgender, nonbinary, and intersex people with X gender markers, incorrect gender markers, and expired/expiring documents.
