Behind every great movement was a place to gather.
An unmarked entrance. A whispered recommendation. A hidden lounge where 2SLGBTQIA+ people could gather, celebrate, dance, laugh, and simply exist.
Long before equality was written into law, queer communities built spaces where they could find one another. These underground bars, cabarets, and supper clubs weren’t just places to spend an evening; they were places to belong. They were where chosen family was built, friendships flourished, and joy became an act of resilience.
Among the most legendary of these spaces was Eldorado, a renowned queer cabaret in Berlin before World War II. We chose After Midnight as our theme because Eldorado’s story feels deeply relevant today.
This evening is inspired by elegance, intimacy, and defiant joy of queer nightlife that helped shape our history. But it is also a celebration of everyone who continues that legacy today—those who advocate, organize, support one another, and refuse to let progress be taken for granted.

Gather your favorite crew and settle into a private booth of four. Perfect for a night of cocktails, conversation, and unforgettable performances, with a cozy space to experience the magic of After Midnight together. Limited to 10 booths.

Parking & Public Transit
Complimentary parking is available in Imperia’s on-site lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional street parking and nearby paid parking options are also available.
Public Transit: Imperia is conveniently located along King County Metro Route 70, providing direct service from Downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, Eastlake, and the University District. Additional transit connections are available from Capitol Hill and other neighborhoods.
There are several other routes that will get you closer to Imperia but require some additional walking, a transfer, or a short rideshare. Route 49 serves the north end of Eastlake and connects Downtown, Capitol Hill, and the University District, while Routes 40 and 62 serve nearby South Lake Union.

Enjoy thoughtfully crafted hors d’oeuvres and beverages prepared by Imperia’s acclaimed in-house culinary team, featuring seasonal ingredients and a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly options. Dietary accommodations are welcome, just let us know when you purchase your ticket.
