After Midnight draws inspiration from Berlin’s legendary Eldorado cabaret—a place where 2SLGBTQIA+ people gathered, celebrated, and found belonging during the Weimar Republic. Its eventual closure under rising authoritarianism reminds us how quickly hard-won progress can be undone.

Today, as our community again faces challenges to rights, healthcare, and visibility, that history resonates. Gathering together is more than a celebration; it is an act of community and resilience.

Because progress is only protected when we stand together.
